Also, your loyalty to MKDA doesn’t go unnoticed; thank you for coming back and believing in us.

 3. THANKSGIVING

Our studio is closed for Thanksgiving weekend from October 9th-11th.

Classes resume on Tuesday, October 12th.

4. YEAR-AT-A-GLANCE

We have attached our YEAR-AT-A-GLANCE document with this email.  Please refer to it as it states all important dates from September to May – including holidays, rehearsal dates, recital dates etc…

It’s a good idea to print this and post it on your fridge J PLEASE NOTE:  Depending on our situation with COVID-19, these dates are subject to change.

5. REFUNDS

As stated in our policies, full refunds will be given until October 11th.   After this date, no refunds will be given.

6. SECOND WAVE

In the unfortunate circumstance where we are shut down during this fourth wave, there will be no reimbursements for Term 1 fees.  If we must close for an indefinite period of time, Term 2 fees will be refunded.

7. HALLOWEEN

We are inviting all our young Saturday dancers to wear their Halloween costumes to dance class on

Saturday, October 30th.  We will still have a regular dance class, therefore please be mindful while selecting your child’s costume. Try to avoid:  Wigs, long dresses that touch the floor, wings, or any other accessories such as crowns & wands that become a distraction.

8. COSTUME MEASUREMENTS

We are already asking for your dancer’s costume measurements for recital.  You can conveniently fill this out on our website: http://www.themkda.com/about-us/forms/

-Go to the drop down menu of “ABOUT MKDA

-Select “FORMS

-You’ll see a drop-down “+” sign for “COSTUME MEASUREMENT FORM”.

-Fill it out and click SUBMIT.

**Our office administrator, Mardi, has been very helpful and gracious with her time by measuring most dancers in the past few years.  This year, we want to avoid Mardi doing all the measuring as we want to keep her safe & healthy.  Please do your part in helping J

**Please note:  Where possible, our teaching staff will try to select costumes of the past two seasons that were left unused.  If this is not possible, we will be ordering costumes and invoicing all families in December.
