RECITAL DVD’S
If you did not get the password to access this year’s
recital “Your Autograph Please”,

2. AERIAL SILKS TRY-OUTS
If you are interested in signing up for our new,
Aerial Silks class, but you are not sure if it’s for you, you can sign up for a
trial class with our teacher, Alex.
Simply call or email Mardi and she will arrange a time for you. Our next trial sessions are Monday, August 14th,
21st and 28th.

3. GRADE 6 BALLET/POINTE DANCERS
There is a slight change in the structure and name of
this class. Melissa decided to change
the name to:
Grade 6
Ballet/Pre-Pointe.
The last 30 minutes of this class will be dedicated to Pilates-type
exercises along with foot & ankle strengthening exercises. This will allow for a more balanced body in preparation
for pointe. Therefore, there will be no
formal pointe assessments for this class.

POINTE SHOE FITTINGS
MKDA is organizing a pointe shoe fitting day for all
dancers who require new pointe shoes.
Any dancer who is currently enrolled in our pointe ballet programs and
who already have a pair of pointe shoes can book a time with Melissa to
purchase new shoes. If you have outgrown
your shoes or if they simply don’t feel right anymore, please book a time with
Melissa.
*Date: Wednesday, August 23rd
*Time: 10:00am to 5:30pm
*Duration: 20 minute time slots
*What
to bring: Current
pointe shoes, ouch pouches, toe spacers (if applicable), any cushions used
inside pointe shoes.
*What
to wear: Ballet tights
for proper fitting.
*Availability: Melissa is able to see 22 people that
day. We will accept bookings on a first-come,
first-serve basis.

Melissa know what time is best for you.

5. ADULT FITNESS BOOTCAMP!!!!!! DON’T

For all adults who are looking for a fun, creative way
to keep fit, this is for YOU!!
